Birth and postpartum doula available for services in the Capital District. I am currently in the certification process and can offer discounts or a sliding scale in exhange for reviews. I will also be available as a doula for high risk pregnancies as well as providing support for pregnancy loss. I am a Certified Lactation Counselor and can provide breastfeeding assistance and education to expectant and experienced moms alike. Also offered are childbirth classes, birth/breastfeeding classes for sibling children and placenta encapsulation.
