Best Birth... Natural Bradley Method® Childbirth Classes and Doula Services

Laura Grout, AAHCC offers Bradley Method® Childbirth Classes and Doula Services, serving Boise, Nampa, Caldwell, Ontario and surrounding areas.
Each series of childbirth classes is 12 weeks in length, and covers nutrition, exercise, consumerism, relaxation, and much more! Class size is small (3 to 8 couples) so that each couple will get individual attention. Bradley Method® Childbirth Classes are the most comprehensive birthing classes available. Free introductory classes and educational film showings are offered every month as a public service to the community.
Doula services include at least 2 prenatal visits, continuous presence and support during labor and birth, help establishing breastfeeding, 3 postpartum visits, 1 nutritious meal brought to your home after the birth, my written account of the birth, and amateur photography (if desired).
